Mr. Elias A. Spyrou stands as the esteemed Chairman of the Cyprus Investment Hub, bringing a unique blend of expertise, innovation, and unwavering dedication. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in various sectors, his visionary leadership philosophy emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and excellence. Through his commitment to excellence, and focus on sustainability, Mr. Spyrou has established Cyprus Investment Hub as a trusted entity known for its integrity and reliability in the investment industry. Mr. Spyrou leads multiple prestigious ventures in Cyprus, including Prestige Group, Prestige VIP Services, Prestige Investments - Arto Estates and Regional and Global Collaborations and Alignments (RGCA). Today this mission sees Mr. Spyrou at the helm of Prestige Group, covering every dimension of luxury while architecting powerful networks such as RGCA, which aims to foster stability, prosperity and discourse across MENA Gulf economies. Mr. Spyrou’s strategic foresight and collaborative approach have led to the creation of new standards within the industry, setting a shining example for his team and stakeholders alike.

Dr. Giorgos Kentas is an esteemed professor of politics and governance who combines academic expertise, leadership skills, and practical experience. As the Director General of the CIH, he leverages his strong academic background, research and analytical skills, governance expertise, and experience in academia and administration to promote good governance practices. Dr. Kentas possesses exceptional leadership and strategic management skills, coupled with a deep understanding of public policy and a commitment to ethical and professional conduct. His proficient communication and interpersonal skills further enable him to effectively lead an organization towards success.

Mr. Vassilios Demetriades is the Director of Blue Economy, Shipping, and Yachting of the CIH. He is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the maritime industry, particularly in shipping and integrated maritime policies. Serving as the Shipping Deputy Minister to the President of the Republic of Cyprus from July 2020 to February 2023, Vassilios played a pivotal role in formulating the strategic vision for Cyprus Shipping, known as “SEA change 2030.” With extensive professional experience in key positions, both in Cyprus and the EU, Vassilios has a deep understanding of maritime transport strategies and external relations. He demonstrated leadership at global and regional level putting forward initiatives to promote a safer and environmentally sustainable maritime transport sector. His commitment to sustainability extended to the development of Cyprus’ Blue Economy through initiatives like the formulation of Cyprus’ Maritime Spatial Plan and the promotion of an Agenda for the sustainable use of Oceans by Commonwealth countries. His firm commitment to nurturing the next generation in maritime and blue professions underscores his determination to fostering a culture of excellence, investment and innovation in the industry.

Ms. Valentina Prastiti is the Director of Branding and Projects of the CIH. She brings diverse expertise of 18 years in marketing, project management, and client services. Ms. Prastiti has a strong background in International Relations and sociology. She shapes the company’s brand identity and manages strategic projects aimed at enhancing CIH’s reputation as a leading investment platform in Cyprus. Additionally, serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Prestige Group, Valentina oversees prestigious real estate developments, luxury publications, and high-profile events in Cyprus. Her extensive portfolio includes managing luxury services such as supercar rentals, VIP jet and yacht charters, and fivestar accommodation arrangements. Valentina’s commitment to excellence and strong client relationships is reflected in every project she undertakes at CIH, drawing on her expertise in marketing, project management, and client services.

Ms. Valanto Spyrou is the Director in Real Estate Projects of the CIH. She is highly experienced, boasting over a decade of expertise as a certified real estate agent specializing in Cyprus’ luxury property market. With a proven track record of multimillion-euro sales, she is renowned for her strong work ethic, integrity, and dedication. As Managing Director, Valanto demonstrates exceptional proficiency and a vast network of investors, guiding clients through all aspects of real estate transactions with expertise. She has successfully led numerous significant real estate deals on the island and played a key role in the company’s growth, utilizing her industry knowledge to drive success. Valanto’s strategic insights and leadership have elevated the firm into one of the most esteemed and reputable agencies in the region. Her contributions consistently enhance the firm’s real estate transactions, property management, and business development, adding substantial value to the CIH.

With over 15 years of expertise, Ms. Haifen Nan is a specialist in cultivating strategic partnerships among Cyprus, China and Germany. Leveraging academic excellence, strategic acuity, and hands-on proficiency, she adeptly fosters trust and facilitates collaborations spanning corporate entities, government bodies and educational institutions. Ms. Nan has effectively aided a diverse array of entities in establishing and growing their presence in the markets of China and Germany. In her role as the Director of Strategic Partnerships of the CIH, she is dedicated to enhancing CIH’s involvement and forging enduring partnerships between these regions.

Mr. Panagiotis Panagiotou is the Director of Analytics and Strategic Development
of the CIH. He brings over 25 years of expertise in Decision Analysis and consulting,
with a proven track record of supporting global organizations across sectors
such as FMCG, tourism, shipping, and banking. As the founder of PSQ Datalytics
and a former Regional Director at a leading market research firm, he excels in
translating complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic outcomes.
His specialization in financial forecasting, risk assessment, and actuarial science,
combined with strong leadership in managing teams of over 100 professionals,
underlines his commitment to delivering high-quality results. Renowned for his
analytical rigor and business acumen, Mr. Panagiotou continues to empower
organizations to navigate challenges and achieve sustainable success.

Elpidoforos Anastasiou leads the strategic development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies across the CIH’s investment ecosystem. He fosters partnerships with tech startups, and ensures seamless integration of emerging tech solutions. 

Elpidoforos is a prominent leader in educational innovation, currently serving as Head of Educational Innovation for STEAM & Emerging Technologies at Globeducate. He founded the Cyprus Space Foundation, creating a platform for integrating space science into education, which includes nine Space Centers across Europe that provide hands-on experiences in AI, robotics, and sustainability. Elpidoforos developed AInstein Junior, the first multilingual educational AI chatbot, which has inspired the creation of twelve additional AI-driven robots across Europe. He also leads the award-winning AI Sustainable Cities Project, empowering students to design eco-friendly cities through AI and real-time data. As a Ph.D. candidate at the Cyprus University of Technology focusing on Space Exploration in Education, he aims to redefine STEAM learning, fostering growth mindsets and ethical technology use to prepare students to actively shape the future. He also serves as Head of Innovation at Pascal International Education, one of the most forward-thinking institutions.

Ailexandros is the first Multilingual AI Investment Expert developed by the Cyprus Investment Hub (CIH), offering data-driven guidance to entrepreneurs and strategic partners navigating Cyprus’ premium investment landscape. Operating as a private investment concierge, he delivers tailored insights across real estate, corporate structuring, tax optimization, and key sectors like technology, shipping, and energy, combining strategic intelligence with human-like discretion. Fully aligned with Cyprus’s legal and economic frameworks, Ailexandros provides real-time, verified insights for investments ranging from €1M–€500M+, including luxury real estate, joint ventures, and infrastructure projects. Continuously evolving with CIH expertise, he ensures precision and adaptability while communicating with polished, solution-focused clarity, accelerating smarter decisions with trust and transparency.
